Monday: well for pday this week all the kids and university had time off for the constitution day of Spain so we were going to go play some soccer with every one but then all the fields were taken except for one goal. So we threw the football back and forth until every on else showed up also think I may have torn my quad so that didn't feel good but it's better now so that's great. Which was nice being able to talk with everyone. Then we were suppose to have two lessons that night but the two people were both sick and said it would be better to come around another time. Seems like every one has been getting sick here.
Tuesday: today we were finally able to meet with our friend A_ . We mainly just focused very closely on the restoration while answering his questions along the way. And man we're there quite a few. Well just say that there are many crazy things that happen in Africa where people do miracles and stuff with out the proper priesthood authority and many other questions like if they can do these things does that mean they have the power of god. But all in all it was a very powerful and spiritual lesson and then we talked with him about basketball and his family. If you want to see him get hyped about basketball just ask him if he can dunk. I'll send a video of what his response would be to that question! Man he is honestly my favorite person here.
Wednesday: well today we had a great district meeting where we focused on the fundamentals of mission work. And I was in charge of an activity of relating the fundamentals of basketball to the fundamentals of the gospel so I had a blast with that. Then we all went out to eat at some little sandwich shop. Then we headed over to the ice cream shop where we ran into the girl who played the girl who turns into a blueberry in Charlie and the chocolate factory. So that was cool she is going to be in a movie called the down under so that was cool to meet her. Then we spent the he rest of the day contacting. And found a lady that said she would come to church on Sunday little did we really know that she actually would so that was cool.
Thursday: we had a great sección of weekly planning that went really well and the planning app on the iPad makes everything just so much easier and faster it's honestly so great. Then we were supposed to have three lessons but each one of those was not able to meet because they were sick but I am just glad that I havent caught whatever is going around huge blessing. But we had a noche hogar with some members about the plan of salvation and it turns out that they had there friends over that had just had a family member pass away so it was a great chance to help them learn that hope is not lost and god has a perfect plan for us!
Weekend: well this weekend we had a lesson with B_ and she has a baptismal date for the 14th of January so are really excited to help her progress to be able to accomplish that next step. We have had some awesome success and that also really showed this Sunday when three of our investigators came to church and to make it even better the primary program was this week and it was great hearing the testimonies of the kids in the ward they just bring such a beautiful and strong spirit every where they go. Man I love kids. Well I hope every one had a great week and I hope to hear from you all soon!
