Week 62

Monday: we went to play some more soccer with the hermanas and the elders in our area.that was great and then later it was off to McDonald's for lunch and then back to the piso to deep clean! Not the most fun way to spend lots of time on pday but has to be done shout out to all the moms out there who clean up after their kids with out complaining. We also had a lesson withjovanies family which was really good being able to help him better understand the creation. We are also working with his parents to get married so his mom can get baptized!

Henry: this week we were able to meet with our friend Henry. It has seemed for along time here that he has struggled to completely understand what we teach him so then we got the great revelation to use movies of the church and videos to teach him and it has been working and he seems to beginning to understand things a lot cleare now so that's been really great!

Betty: we have also met with Betty this week and when we got there we didn't know how the lesson was going to go really because she has not been committing and keeping commitments. So we went over and talked about the three basic things we should constantly be doing as members of the church or as people who are interested in receiving there own personal answer to find out if these things are true! Well Betty came to church and is reading on a daily basis so that is super awesome! So yeah tht is absolutely great.

Intercambios: so we also had intercambios with the zone leaders so that was really fun! We had a great lesson with a man from Africa that used to live in the states in Alabama. And he is just a really humble guy and the way we talked made him seem just like a super southern preacher so that was super funny haha! And then we just went and contacted for the rest of the day but it was good getting out and trying to talk with people about Christmas! And about the true meaning of the Christmas spirit which I hope each one of you can keep in mind through out this special time of the year before Christmas. I love you all and hope each one of you have a fantastic week!
