Monday: well today was probably the best pday that I have had on my entire mission. Well the day started out by moving pisos which only took about three hours and then made a lunch stop to make some sandwiches at the church and write our families when a man drove up in a huge van full of blankets that we helped moved and box. Then the Rogers picked us up and took us out to dinner and then it was on to the soccer game. Where we all just screamed our hearts out so that was fun and one of the best experiences of my life.
Tuesday: well we met with He_ again to try to set something up for when he could have his interview and we ended up having it Thursday so I'll let you all know more about that when I get to that part. We also had a small lesson with him on repentance and on how we were very happy and proud of the big changes that he has had to make in his life to follow the savior Jesus christ. The rest of the day was mainly just filled with contacting oh and we also met a girl from capo Verde while doing exercise outside this morning and had a lesson with her on Wednesday and on Saturday.
Wednesday: well today was intercambios and I was with Elder lords in his area and not much really happened just went around and visited the members since he will be leaving this transfer. Then the other Elders were in our area and they had a lesson with Je_ and guess who helped with the lesson it was He_ So they talked with her about the restoration and committed her to pray about being baptized so well have to see if she follows up on the invitation.
Thursday: well today was kind of a slower day in general first we went outside to play soccer for morning exercise and my comp got the ball stuck in a palm tree. So then later we tried to get the ball out with an American football but just ended up getting that stuck as well. So then after weekly planing we were going to pass by to see if the ball was still there but some one stole the soccer ball along with the football. Then later we had our the interview for He_ and he is now going to get baptized on the 11th yay I am so excited that he will finally be able to take this great step in his life!
Friday: today we were able to go over and deep clean the old Piso so that was good to finally get that cleaned and finished! Then later we had correlation which was good but we tried to plan a ward activity but this ward just won't approve a single activity and it's kind of frustrating. But that's okay. Other then that and doing a little service for blankets for siria it was just kind of a slow day oh and we also got permission to baptize He_ on the 11th of this month so that was a huge blessing!
Saturday: well today we started the day of by playing some more ball for Exercise and then it was off to help with the blankets again. Then after that we went to Va_ house for lunch and then we're able to go play some ball with the Young single adults He_ and Hen_ so we all had a blast. Then we got transfers and I'll be staying here and my companion is Elder Yokum who was also my comp in the Mtc so pretty stoked for that.
Sunday: well today we just went around to visit members to say good bye and have a few Farwell noche de hogar with a member family He_ and Hen_ it was a very sweet moment! Well that was our week in the island hope you all had a great week as well!
